    • Just a few lines to point out how unwelcoming, unfriendly, rude and, ultimately, unprofessional your member of staff, at the Ealing Broadway branch “Becka as she calls herself, is. From the moment you walk into the branch, she has a knack of making you feel like you are as welcome as a bullet to the head and that she should be anywhere else but there. This is an experience that is shared by most of my colleagues, so much so that we mainly go to your branches in Ealing, where the service is always excellent, or to Caffe Nero. The attitude, the body language, the little comments she makes, all suggest she doesn’t want to be there, so what we, your long suffering customers suggest, is to put her out of her misery, as no amount of training will ever be sufficient. We also suggest you act on this complaint and take it seriously, as you, otherwise, end up having your image and reputation tarnished. Many thanks.
