With Sky being one of the UK’s biggest television subscription services, you’d expect following their complaints procedure to be pretty straightforward. Sadly, that isn’t always the case – so we’ve put together a step-by-step guide for you to follow.
What You’ll Need
Sky doesn’t have any prerequisites to their complaints process, or anything you need to prepare. It’s always useful however to have the following items prepared before lodging your complaint:
- A brief description of your complaint
- Your desired outcome
- Relevant personal information (Name, Address, Account Details and Reference Numbers).
This allows you to be fully prepared for the call, and not have to spend extra time waiting around or searching through files.
To Complain By Telephone
Sky have one complaints line to deal with complaints for all their services. Their lines are open between 6am and Midnight so you can contact them at your convenience.
Sky Complaints Line: 0844 220 4092
To Complain Online
Sky have done away with an old style complaint form, for a more elaborate new style of complaints page.
To lodge your complaint, access their contact form and select the service you need from the right hand menu.
Alternatively, you can contact them by email at the following address: [email protected]. When using this method, please include your full postal address, including postcode.
To Complain By Post
Feel better filing your complaint by mail? You can send a letter to the Sky Complaints Department at the address below. Do, however, remember to factor in postal delivery times when considering the response to your letter.
