Nando’s restaurants have taken the country by storm, becoming a staple of the British fast-food scene. You’ll be hard pressed to find a shopping centre or high street without one of their restaurants nowadays.
Having become a staple of our culture then, you’d believe that there would be a simple complaints procedure for you to follow and lodge your complaint with the right person.
Sadly, their complaints procedure is as well hidden as the recipe for their Peri-Peri sauce but we’ve done the ground work for you and put it into this step-by-step guide.
What You’ll Need
Before complaining to Nando’s, it’s best to get the following information together:
- The restaurant Location
- Details of your complaint
- Purchase Information
- Your Desired Action
To Complain By Phone
Nando’s complaints are best made over the telephone. They always have a manager on duty, and you can use the following number to get directly through to their head office switchboard. If your complaint couldn’t be handled in store, this is the next best step.
Here’s that number: 0844 220 4067
To Complain Online
If phone complaints aren’t your thing, you can also get through to them by using their online complaints form. You can find that link here.
Hi we went to nandos in the bullring in birmingahm on 13th february appron 4.30pm it was not very busy but i must say the meal took 40 minutes to come out and they had ran out of butterfly chicken, we then asked for dessert which took another half an hour after we asked again, as we use nandos all the time i am appalled by the service, and the attitude of the staff was not much better when we complained they were not really interested.I dont expect this service from anyone.I wait for your reply.
Thanks Vanessa for sharing your complaint. Feel free to refer Nandos to this site if you need extra exposure!
