    • Went to Homebase, Chichester to purchase a gas oven and an induction hob we had seen on a previous visit, 25/07/2017, at approximately 16.30 hrs.

We found a young girl sitting at a computer in the kitchen section and enquired politely if she could give us the cost of the gas oven and induction hob from the CDA Collection. It was obvious from her body language that what was going on her computer was more important than us. Her reply was to go and look on the internet. And she turned away, obviously end of conversation. The words “Damned Rude” come to mind.

We went over to the information desk and enquired and the older lady couldn’t have be more helpful – big contrast. She gave us the price of both items which in total was just under a thousand pounds.

On principal, if yours was the only company that sold these product in the world, I wouldn’t purchase from you now. Quite clearly, we are not good enough and our money is not good enough. Without the customer purchasing from your company that girl would not have her wages and I certainly will not paying her.

Totally disgusted and happy to name and shame across Facebook and Twitter

    • Went to collect circular saw for my husband for xmas. I am olds age and caught 2 buses to get there. Took my trolley tried to get the box in but noone behind the counter offered to help. Another customer triedvto helo me. I asked the man serving if he had a bag i could put it in he gave me a thin sack that had broken before i left the counter. I then asked if they sold strong black bags and was told i thinj they are by the bins. Could nt find the bins so i walked out and went next door to b & m where they gave me a bag and were most helpful. Needless to say i wont be coming to your bridgend store again!!
