      Over 8 months ago I rang you guys to cancel my account and again in December 2017 yet you are still thieving money from my account!
      As you are not listening to my requests for a refund and still obtaining my money, I will now be taking this further and will be emailing both the ceo and managing director of your company.
      Please be assured that if my monies for the past 9 months are not put back into my bank account that you have stolen them from then I look forward to legal action.
